Terms of service

The Sync Health Audit is a human-reviewed diagnostic of one primary reconciliation problem across Shopify and NetSuite, based on customer-provided exports. The $149 audit covers up to 1,000 records and initial findings targeted within one business day after the required files and intake are received.

You confirm that you are authorized to provide the submitted business information and exports. Send read-only exports only; do not send passwords, API keys, production credentials, or data belonging to people you are not authorized to represent. You are responsible for reviewing findings before making operational or accounting changes.

The audit is a diagnostic service, not a guarantee that every discrepancy will be found or that a connector, ERP, or commerce platform will be repaired. We do not make changes to Shopify or NetSuite as part of this offer. Timing may change if files are incomplete, corrupted, password-protected, or materially outside the stated scope.

Payment is processed by Stripe. The service is not considered started until payment is confirmed. For questions about an audit or these terms, email hello@archrelay.com.
